Payment: Full payment is required before any work will begin.

Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before work has started, you will receive a refund with transaction fees and a R250 cancellation fee deducted from the total amount. However, if you cancel after work has started, you will be charged only for any work that has already been completed.

Revisions: After the first Review Request, You are entitled to one round of revisions per day for the duration of each project. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly / daily / monthly rate.

Delivery: We will provide an estimated delivery date for each project, but in the event that we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date due to unforeseen circumstances, this will promptly be communicated and the timeline of delivery will be adjusted accordingly.

Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary copyright or permissions for any content or materials that you provide us for use in your project. We retain the right to display and promote completed projects on our website and social media platforms.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by your business as a result of the use of any products or services provided by us.

Refunds: Partial Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to complete the project or if the project is not completed to your satisfaction.

Design and Branding: We retain the right to use and display any completed designs and branding work in our portfolios, websites and social media platforms.
